Furnace Maintenance

This service has been called many things by many people over the years from furnace cleaning to home checkup. Our furnace maintenance follows a set list of checks to be performed on every furnace we work on and includes when necessary the removal and cleaning of the fan, oiling of the motor, and the overall checkup of the operation of the furnace. With today’s technology there is no room for half measures on a furnace and every precaution is taken to make sure that your furnace is in safe working order and to prevent as much as possible any future problems with the furnace.

Fireplace Maintenance

Gas fireplaces are an attractive addition to any house and with the added pleasure of the supplementary heat they are an appliance that has become integral to many homes. Fireplace maintenances tend to be more cosmetic and should be done semi annually to preserve the condition of your glass and to ensure safe combustion.

Air Conditioner Maintenance

Air conditioners, all though less complex than furnaces, should also be serviced on a yearly basis. Small leaks or dirty coils—although minor to fix—can often be the ruin of an air conditioner. The maintenance features various pressure and temperature checks to insure that all components are operating efficiently and safely.
